How far in advance do I need to order?
We require a minimum of 5 days notice for standard orders. Wedding cakes and large custom orders require at least 4-6 weeks notice. Our diary fills up quickly, especially for 2026 and 2027 weddings!
Do you cater for dietary requirements?
Yes! We offer gluten-free options including our popular GF Lemon Coconut Passionfruit flavour. Please let us know your requirements when ordering.
Can I collect my order?
Absolutely! Collection is available from our kitchen in Earls Colne, Essex. We will provide you with the full address upon ordering.
Do you deliver?
Yes, we deliver across the local Essex area. Delivery fees vary by location — from £3 for Earls Colne to £8 for wider Essex. Free delivery on orders over £40-£75 depending on your area.
Do you attend markets and events?

Can I add a custom message to my cake?
Of course! You can add a personalised message when placing your order. We also offer custom cake toppers and charms from our partners.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure Stripe payment gateway. Wedding cakes and large orders require a 50% deposit.
