Terms and Conditions

By placing an order with Scrumptious by HA, you agree to the following terms:

Orders

All orders are subject to availability. We require a minimum of 5 days notice for standard orders. Custom and wedding cake orders may require longer lead times.

Payment

Full payment is required at the time of ordering for standard items. Wedding and large custom orders require a 50% deposit, with the balance due before collection/delivery.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled up to 72 hours before the fulfilment date for a full refund. Cancellations within 72 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Allergens

All products are made in a kitchen that handles nuts, gluten, dairy, and eggs. While we take great care, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

Delivery

We will make every effort to deliver at the agreed time. However, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
